This contract may be changed at anytime by TLP through changes posted to this webpage. No changes to fees will be made without your consent.

By accessing TLP services, You are providing Your consent to these Terms and the terms of the Privacy Consent hereby incorporated.

Your rights to Your Content are contained in the terms of the Privacy Consent.

You do not have any rights to any TLP content.

You do not have any rights in the content of other TLP members. You may only view other members' content for the purposes of communicating with them. You may not use their content or TLP for any unlawful conduct.

You agree to indemnify and defend TLP, its directors and its employees, against any complaints, demands, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of Your Content or Your conduct.

TLP does not verify any content provided by its members. TLP does not conduct any background, criminal or identity check on TLP members. You use TLP at your own risk and assume sole responsibility for your choices based on the content displayed at TLP.

TLP complies with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards by utilizing Stripe to accept payment for TLP services. Your payment information is handled safely because your credit card information is never processed by TLP. Instead, it is handled by Stripe, a leader in financial services. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

TLP may terminate this contract at any time at its sole discretion. In no event will TLP's liability for claims, damages, or losses, exceed the amount You paid.

You may hide or unhide your profile at any time without terminating this agreement. You may terminate this agreement at any time, and your profile will be hidden, but no refunds will be given. Please send an email to support@the-love-process.com to cancel this agreement.
